Definition
A FIX obtained by simultaneously observing, with SEXTANTS, the two adjacent angles between three suitably disposed objects whose POSITIONS are known, and plotting the POSITION by a STATION POINTER. See also RESECTION and THREE-POINT PROBLEM.
