(British terminology). A new printing of a CHART corrected from important information which is too comprehensive to promulgate by Admiralty NOTI­CES TO MARINERS or to insert conveniently by hand on existing copies of the CHART. When large correc­tions are made, the CHART is not revised throughout but all copies in circulation are cancelled.
